SORGHUM CAKE 
2 c. sorghum
3/4 c. white milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lard
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. self-rising flour
Dash of salt

Mix ingredients well in large bowl and pour in greased angel food or Bundt pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until cake springs back.
