PUMPKIN SQUARES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, pumpkin, oil, eggs, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Mix together topping. Ice.
