SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 2 (17 oz.) cans yams 1 (16 oz.) peach slices 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg; cut in butter. Layer yams and peach slices, sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Top with the marshmallows. Bake until brown. |
