GARLIC CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. fresh onion juice
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. pecans, finely chopped

Mix well the above ingredients. Form into several rolls about 2" x 6". Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm. Just before serving, roll in chili powder. Slice thinly for serving on crackers. If one prefers, save half of the chopped pecans and roll the cheese rolls in the pecans, omitting the chili powder. These cheese rolls will last for an indefinite length of time when stored in the refrigerator.
