GERMAN-HUNGARIAN STUFFED PEPPERS 
Green peppers

Cut the top off each pepper and seed as many as are needed for your family. Cook 1 box of flavored Far East Pilaf rice mix or cook 1 cup dry rice. Mix in a large pot: 1/2 c. sugar

Slowly stir in 1 large (46 ounce) can of tomato juice into the flour and sugar mixture. Put on low and stir until thickened. Mix cooked rice with 1/2 pound ground meat. Stuff each pepper tightly with the mixture. Cook at a low simmer for 1 hour. (Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.) Freezes well.
