HUNGARIAN HOT PEPPERS 
Long hot peppers
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
Garlic cloves, 1 to each jar

Wash peppers, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and paprika in deep skillet or pan. Heat to boiling, drop in peppers and cook for a few minutes (usually until only the green color is gone). Remove peppers, pack in sterile jars. Place one garlic clove in each top of jar and cover with the boiling liquid and seal tight.
