BREAKFAST SCONES 
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cans milk

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Blend in butter with pastry cutter. Gradually sprinkle raisins into mix while stirring.

Beat eggs and milk and add to mix. Stir until you form a stiff dough. Knead on floured board and roll out into 3/4 inch circle.

Cut into triangles and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with milk and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 scones.
