BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) bag broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 jar pimentos
1 can French fried onions

Combine. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Put cheese and onions on top; broil 5 minutes. Then serve.
