BEEF - NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. noodles
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 carton cottage cheese
6 oz. cream cheese and chives
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Few drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (for meat)

Set out cream cheese and chives to soften. Cook noodles; drain and blend in butter. Set in warm place. Mix together cottage cheese, cheese and chives, sour cream, onion, green pepper, pimento, salt, Accent; set aside.

Brown meat; drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, Tabasco, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Pour 1/2 meat mixture on bottom of casserole dish, 1/2 noodles, all of cheese mixture, other half of noodles and top with remaining half of meat sauce. (Do not cover.) Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
