CHICKEN CHUNKS 
6 whole chicken breast, skinned and boned
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. shortening

Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Beat eggs and mix with water, flour, sesame seeds, and salt to make a batter. Heat shortening over medium heat. Dip chicken chunks in batter. Drain off excess batter. Add chunks to hot shortening and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning once. Drain chicken chunks on paper towels. Serve with a sweet or sour sauce. Serves 6
