COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white or yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 can cream of coconut
1/4 c. oil
8 oz. sour cream

Mix ingredients together. Bake in a well-greased and floured 8x12 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Ice cake and sprinkle 1 can angel coconut over top. May use Cool Whip instead of icing.
