CITRUS COCO PUNCH 
48 oz. grapefruit juice, chilled
3/4 c. canned cream of coconut
1 qt. club soda, chilled

In a punch bowl, combine grapefruit juice and cream of coconut and blend well. Add club soda and ice cubes; stir well. Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of kiwi. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
