QUICK MANICOTTI 
8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. or 1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. whole oregano
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti shells according to package directions. Drain. Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside.

Saute ground beef and garlic, stirring to crumble beef. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise to skillet. Stir well. Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture. Arrange shells in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano. Pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes. Serves 8.
