CORN PUDDING 
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
1 2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 3/4 c. crushed cheese crackers
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 5 ingredients and only 3/4 cup cracker crumbs in an 8"x8"x2" microwave dish. Cook for 15 minutes at medium (50% power). Stir. Mix remaining 1 cup cracker crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Cook 14 minutes longer at medium (50% power). Brown 10 to 13 minutes or until browned. Serves 6 to 8 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
