CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can filled with mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
Bread crumbs (1/2 c.)
Salt & pepper

Boil chicken; debone and cut into bite size pieces. Partially cook broccoli and place in a buttered oblong casserole dish. Mix mayo, soup and milk. Stir in chicken to coat. Season to taste. Cover broccoli with mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Can be served with rice or plain potatoes.
