CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 chicken cut up
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can plum tomatoes
1 cube chicken bouillon crushed
1 bay leaf
Spaghetti

Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag. Add chicken and shake to coat. Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Add chicken and brown all sides. Remove. Brown pepper, onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and juice. Stir in bouillon cube, oregano and bay leaf. Add chicken and simmer 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
