CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 med. onions, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can Contadina Italian tomato sauce
1 lb. can Contadina Italian tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown chicken in olive oil. Place in covered casserole and cover with vegetables. Combine tomato sauce and spices; pour over chicken and vegetables.

Bake in 350 degree oven, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender and sauce thickened.

Serve with linguini that has been tossed with Parmesan cheese, butter and parsley.
