MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. acini di pepe (#34)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, diced
1 (12 oz.) tub whipped topping
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. flour
Flaked coconut and/or nuts (optional)

In saucepan, cook sugar, eggs, flour, and orange and pineapple juices. Let cool. Pour over macaroni; let sit overnight. Combine macaroni mixture, fruit, and whipped topping.
