CLAM DIP 
1/4 c. grated cheese
2 cans minced clams with juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. hot sauce
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Oregano, black pepper, parsley to taste

Simmer onions in butter until tender. Add lemon juice, clams, oregano, parsley, black pepper and hot sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add bread crumbs. Stir mixture together in casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
