COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
2 tsp. salt
2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Form into small balls. Bake on baking sheet at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with Cocktail Sauce, if desired.

COCKTAIL SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. chili sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
8 tsp. horseradish
4 dashes Tabasco

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Makes 3 1/2 cups sauce. Makes 100 small meat balls.
