PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs (or Egg Beaters)
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 sprinkle ground cloves
1 c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
1 (16 oz.) can raw pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and spices. Add to pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Mix until light colored and fluffy. Pour into two well greased and floured loaf pans, or 8 mini loaf pans (2"x5"). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until it tests done. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cool.
