SQUASH RELISH 
8 c. yellow squash, diced
3 lg. bell peppers, diced (red preferred)
4 oz. pimiento
3 c. diced onions

Mix, sprinkle well with salt. Let stand 1 1/2 hours. Mix: 3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. mustard seed 3 tbsp. celery seed

Bring to full boil and pour over other ingredients. Put in jars and seal.
