COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can of cream of coconut

Dump all cake ingredients together - beat 2 minutes. bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. angel flake coconut

Blend sugar and softened cream cheese. Add milk and vanilla. Ice cake, then sprinkle with some coconut.
