BEST LASAGNA 
Serves 8 to 10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 1 lb. sausage

Brown meat and drain off grease. Add onions if desired. 1 tbsp. or to your taste parsley flakes 1 tbsp. or to your taste basil flakes 1 tbsp. or to your taste salt 1 tbsp. or to your taste oregano 12 oz. tomato paste 2 lg. cans tomatoes (stewed, whole, or sauce - as you like it)

Simmer above ingredients until thick (30 minutes to 1 hour), stirring occasionally.

Mix: 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. Parmesan cheese More parsley flakes 1 lb. or more Mozzarella cheese

Layer into a large slightly greased deep pan (2 x 9 x 13 inch) or 2 smaller pans - noodles on bottom, then cottage cheese mixture, meat, then Mozzarella; repeat layer.

Very easy to add or subtract any of ingredients and it still tastes great. Freezes great. Make day before and it is great!
