FRUITED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops or pork loin, 1" thick
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained & juice reserved
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained & juice reserved
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Coat pork with flour and paprika mixture. Fry in butter lightly. Arrange in casserole. Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Pour over chops, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Add fruit last 15 to 20 minutes.
