FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
Juice of 1 lemon
2 c. cold water
2 c. boiling water
2 bananas, diced
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until partly set. Fold in pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Pour in a 9 x 12 x 3 inch loaf pan. Chill until set when firm, frost with the following.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Combine flour and sugar. Slowly stir in egg and milk. Stir in pineapple juice, cook stirring constantly until thickened, cool, fold in whipped cream.
