FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed and drained pineapple, reserve juice
2 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. pineapple juice

Prepare lemon and orange Jello by dissolving boiling water and adding cold water. Place in refrigerator and when gelatin begins to set, add drained pineapple, banana slices, and marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into a 2 inch deep 8 x 8 pan. Chill until firm.

Combine flour, sugar, and egg with reserved pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and spread over firm gelatin.
