FARMERS OMELET 
1 tbsp. oil
12 oz. bulk pork sausage
24 oz. pkg. O'Brien potatoes
6 lg. eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oil in fry pan. Cook sausage, breaking up in large chunks until browned. Add potatoes and cook, stirring often until browned. Mean while, whisk eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Reduce heat to medium-low and pour eggs over sausage and potatoes. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
