CARAMEL CORN SNACK MIX 
8 c. popped corn
4 c. toasted rice cereal
2 c. mini pretzels
1 c. pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine popcorn, cereal, pretzels, and pecans.

Combine sugar, butter and syrup in medium saucepan. Cook on medium until a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook without stirring for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and soda.

Pour over popcorn mixture.

Bake 30 minutes and stir after 15 minutes.
