CHOW MEIN HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can bean sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onion. Cook celery in bean sprout juice. Mix soup, sprouts, hamburger, onion, celery and juice together. Put in baking dish and sprinkle 1 can or 1-2 cups chow mein noodles on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
