SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach, drained
2 jars sliced mushrooms, chopped
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix all together and place in greased casserole. Top with crumbled corn flakes. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbling and knife comes out clean.
