CHOCOLOT BROWNIES | |
3/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter (or substitute) 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. water 12 oz. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2/3 c. nuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 30-35 minutes. In saucepan bring butter, sugar and water just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually mix the flour, baking soda and salt into the bowl alternating with the chips and nuts. Pour into greased 9 inch pan and bake. Cool. Cut into 16 squares. |
