RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran 1 c. cooking oil 3 c. sugar 4 beaten eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts, optional Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and milk; mix well. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Keeps nicely in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. |
