RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted butter
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and mix well. Do not stir again after this. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 60. This batter will keep in the refrigerator for 6 weeks! It should not be stirred again after the initial mixing.
