CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 can corned beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. parsley
1 pkg. (5 oz.) noodles
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute onions, celery and garlic in butter. Cook noodles and drain in colander. Put half the noodles in a casserole along with half of the other ingredients; repeat. Top with half cup grated Cheddar cheese and half cup bread crumbs, toasted. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
