CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3 boiled eggs, chopped
4 c. cornbread
4 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1 egg
1 c. or more stock or broth

Mix above ingredients with enough stock to moisten well. Bake in a shallow pan or form in balls and bake. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until firm. Same dressing may be used to stuff a chicken or turkey.
