2 c. onion, diced
4 c. celery, diced
12 c. cornbread crumbs
7 c. dried bread crumbs
1 c. butter
2 c. turkey broth
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. green pepper, diced; optional
Sage and poultry seasoning, to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff turkey inside. Place remaining dressing around turkey.

Enough stuffing for 12-15 pound turkey.
