6 c. crumbled cornbread
4 c. loaf bread or biscuit, crumbled
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
3 c. broth
4 eggs, beaten

Mix well; pour into greased pan and bake about 30 minutes or until brown pack loosely. Optional 1/4 pound sausage. Brown in heavy skillet; drain. Stir sausage into other ingredients. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Yields 8-10 servings.
