STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
Cubed bread
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs or egg substitute
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

In 9x3 ungreased pan place cubed bread (enough to cover bottom). Add cream cheese (cubed). Add another layer of cubed bread. Beat eggs, milk and syrup together. Pour over bread and cream cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes or until done.
