STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
Sliced bread, cubed, 8 slices
Cream cheese, cubed, 8 oz. pkg.
Eggs, 12
Milk, 2 c.
Maple syrup, 1/2 c.

Place half of the cubed bread in bottom of baking dish. Spread cream cheese over bread. Spread remaining bread over cream cheese. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread and cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
