RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground chuck
1 (32 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
1 bay leaf
1 med. bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic salt or powder, Worcestershire sauce to taste

Saute onions and bell pepper in olive oil. Brown meat. Add seasonings and all other ingredients. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve over cooked rice with garlic bread. Serves 6.
