BONED FLOUNDER DIJON WITH
VEGETABLES
 
2 lg. flounder fillets
4 sliced mushrooms
1 med. tomato
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. white wine
Lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flounder in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread mustard on fish. Sprinkle vegetables on top of fish. Pour wine over fish. Squeeze 1 large slice of lemon over all. Bake 20 minutes.
