EASY ROLLS | |
1 c. warm water 1 pkg. rapid dry yeast 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. oil 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (may substitute 1/2 cup flour with wheat germ or whole wheat flour) Mix warm water, yeast and sugar together. Let set 5 minutes until foamy. Mix in eaten egg, salt and oil. Mix flour in gradually. Cover, let rise in warm place about 30 minutes until double. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Let rise again 20-30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
