SOUR CREAM POTATOES (FOR CROWD) 
2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. melted butter

In large bowl thaw potatoes enough to separate. Melt butter and mix through potatoes. Combine together rest of ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan; top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
