CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BROWNIE
TORTE
 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1/2 c. unsalted butter

Melt together in double boiler.

2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
2 tsp. raspberry liquor
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Whisk together then add melted mixture.

2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Sift together and add above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a 9 inch round pan buttered with waxed paper in bottom.
