PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 (1 lb. 4 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained 5 slices white bread, cubed Cream butter, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Stir in pineapple, then fold in bread. Put in greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Can be doubled and put in 13 x 11 inch pan.) Goes great with ham. |
