PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
10 pieces of bread, left out to dry, cubed 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple with juice 1 1/2 c. sugar 8 eggs, beaten 2 sticks butter, melted Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Will rise, make sure dish is big enough. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
