PINEAPPLE STUFFED SQUASH 
3 med. acorn squash, halved and seeded
Salt
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Place squash cut down in large baking dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. In a saucepan, mix butter, sugar, pineapple and a little salt over medium heat. At the end of 35 minutes, turn squash up and stuff. Bake squash for an additional 20 minutes or until tender. Brush with butter to keep from drying while baking.
