BAKED PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
4 eggs
5 slices white bread, trim crust and cube

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in drained pineapple. Fold in cubed bread. Bake, uncovered, in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
