CREAMY BROCCOLI LASAGNA 
9 lasagna noodles, cooked

Melt 1/4 cup butter; saute 1/4 cup chopped onion. Stir in:

1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook until bubbly. Add gradually 2 1/2 cups milk and thicken boil. Stir in:

12 oz. cottage cheese
6 c. broccoli flowerettes, cooked
2 1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained

In ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish, layer 3 noodles, 1/3 sauce (2 cups), 1/3 cheese shredded Swiss (1 cup). Repeat. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Stand 15 minutes before serving. 12 servings.

Extra: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking and reheat leftovers under broiler.
